- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a admin
- Strong communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while staying proactive and detail-oriented.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong time management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Customer Interaction & Support
- Handle incoming calls, emails, messages, and walk-in inquiries from customers.
- Assist customers by providing product or service information, quotations, and after-sales support.
- Resolve product or service issues by clarifying complaints, determining the cause, and offering appropriate solutions.
- Order Processing & Coordination
- Process customer orders, prepare invoices, and coordinate delivery arrangements.
- Liaise with warehouse, logistics, and sales teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Follow up on pending orders or service issues to ensure completion.
- Customer Feedback & Complaint Handling
- Record and manage customer feedback, complaints, and service requests in a professional manner.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department for further action.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and report recurring issues to management.
- Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain accurate customer records, communication logs, and service reports.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on customer service activities and KPIs.
- Ensure all documentation complies with company policies and data protection laws.
- Administrative & Support Tasks
- Assist in the preparation of quotations, proposals, and service contracts.
- Support marketing campaigns by handling inquiries and directing leads to the sales team.
- Participate in company meetings, trainings, and team-building activities.
