Digital Marketing Executive

Requirement:

• One year of industry experience (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
• Diploma or higher in appropriate field
• Needs to be widely exposed to both advertising and marketing operations
• Adaptable at collaborating with different people and perceptions
• Good experience in marketing and brand management campaigns
• Passionate about marketing and willingness to update job knowledge by participating in educational training and conference opportunities
• Keen on strategy and research based projects in order to deliver successful campaigns
• Creative flair, originality and strong marketing sense
• Strong computer skills
• Able to read & write in Mandarin & English
• Candidates who are fluent in Mandarin are preferred

Key Responsibilities include:

• Provide strategic marketing planning (offline/online) and consultation to meet client’s objectives.
• You are responsible for creating marketing campaign be used for digital marketing and advertising purposes.
• You will assist to deliver the client’s marketing strategy across the full digital portfolio including website, social media and broadcast email from concept through implementation.
• Involves promoting and selling products/services, implementing marketing strategies, and building client relationships.
• Responsibilities include identifying sales opportunities, conducting market research, creating marketing campaigns, and achieving sales targets. This role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills to drive business growth and maximize customer satisfaction.
• Cooperates with other brand marketing heads in ensuring that all activities are executed efficiently
• Guides the overall brand marketing operations toward the company’s target and market growth.
• Develops marketing programs and partnerships to widen the reach of brand positioning.
• Monitors the marketing campaign on social media platforms.
• Supervises the underlying brand marketing team and motivates them to perform their duties accordingly.
• Reviews the status of each brand marketing program and relays the findings to be subjected for evaluation.
• Researches the best practices and trends in brand marketing to keep the business up to date.
• Ensures consistency of products and services in brand marketing development.
• Allocates the given budget suitably for both advertising and marketing products and services.
• Measures the effectiveness of the campaign and takes action on IT.
• Assists in and ensures branding standards and legal compliances are met and incorporated into all collaterals.
• Collaborate with strategist and other members of the Double Creative Agency team to produce presentations for business development and client meetings.
