Digital Marketing Executive

• At least 1 - 3 year in content creation and digital marketing for executive position
• Fresh graduate is welcome to apply
• Exceptional writing skills in English and Malay, with the ability to craft clear, compelling, and persuasive copy.
• Proficient in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, and English
• Proficient in using Canva and Capcut
• Key skills required: Creativity and planning
• Occasional travelling is required to Kedah (1 - 2 times per month)

Marketing Strategy Implementation Support:

• Executing the marketing plans and campaigns to meet business objectives.
• Generating leads through online and offline campaigns.
• Overseeing marketing budgets and ensuring cost-effective campaigns.

Marketing Campaign Support:

• Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels (social media, email, events, etc.).
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
• Implement a dynamic social media strategy across LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram and Meta to boost brand awareness and engagement.
• Develop and optimize targeted campaigns, focusing on budget management and performance metrics.
• Monitor campaign performance and gather data for reporting purposes.

Content Creation and Support:

• Assist in creating marketing materials, including brochures and digital ads using Canva.
• Proofread, review content for consistency, and ensure brand standards are met.
• Manage the organization's social media accounts by posting content, engaging with followers, and analyzing social media metrics.
• Create high-quality videos for Meta, Instagram, XHS, and TikTok, including promotional content and tutorials using Canva and Capcut.
• Collaborate with the team to develop scripts and storyboards that resonate with our audience.
