Customer Service Executive ( Chinese Speaking)

Diploma / Degree in Customer Service, Business, or related field
- 1–3 years customer service experience (education / training industry preferred)
- Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken & written)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM systems)
- Willing to work on weekend
- Handle customer enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media
- Provide accurate information on training programs, schedules, and policies
- Assist customers with registration, payment, and basic troubleshooting
- Follow up with customers before and after programs to ensure satisfaction
- Resolve customer issues, complaints, and feedback professionally
- Maintain updated customer records in CRM or internal systems
- Coordinate with Sales, Operations, and Finance teams for customer matters
- Support event and program operations when required
- Prepare basic reports on customer enquiries and service performance
