Job position : Customer Service Executive ( Mandarin Speaker )
- Salary : RM3000 + up to 200 KPI
- Extra Joining Bonus of RM 2500 if join on Feb
- Working day can be Monday to Friday or 4 weekdays + Saturday ( half day shift ) only
Monday to Friday : 9 hours a day between 8.30am -7pm
Saturday : Half day only( 8.30am - 2.30pm )- Location : Ara Damansara , Petaling Jaya ( Near Ara Damansara LRT )
- Min SPM, IGCSE, UEC or above
- No experience needed with Training provided
- A basic level of Mandarin & English
- Able to read Tradisional Mandarin
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic and easy customer service support regarding (Camera) industry
- Handle inbound calls, emails & live chats
- Assist with customers enquiries
