Job position : Customer Service Executive ( Mandarin Speaker )
- Salary : RM3100 + 600 bonus allowance for full attendance + up to 500 KPI + up to 400 night shift
- Extra Joining Bonus of RM 2500 if join on Feb
- Shift is arranged by company , 5 days a week between Mon - Sun, 9 hours a day ( 24 hr rotational ) either morning, afternoon or night shift
- Location : Ara Damansara , Petaling Jaya ( Near Ara Damansara LRT )
- Min SPM, IGCSE, UEC or above
- No experience needed with Training provided
- A basic level of Mandarin & English
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic and easy customer service support regarding (Telecom) industry
- Handle inbound calls, emails & live chats
- Assist with customers enquiries
