Role Overview
We’re looking for a motivated and versatile Business Development Executive to join our team. This is a mid-level role suited for someone with proven experience in business development, client servicing, or account management who is ready to take ownership of both growth and delivery.
You will be responsible for sourcing new business, managing and growing client relationships, ensuring quality control of deliverables, and driving projects to successful completion.
Key Responsibilities- Business Growth: Proactively identify, source, and secure new business opportunities and clients for Launchpad.
- Client Management: Build strong, lasting relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and consistent delivery of value.
- Quality Control: Oversee and review content deliverables to ensure alignment with client expectations and Launchpad’s creative standards.
- Project Management: Manage client projects end-to-end, ensuring smooth execution, timely delivery, and effective communication.
- Ad-hoc Support: Assist with content planning, social media monitoring, and management when required.
- Collaborate closely with creative and strategy teams to ensure cohesive project outcomes.
- Competitive base salary (commensurate with experience).
- Commission: 3%–5% of project value for every new client successfully onboarded (percentage based on scale of project).

- 2–4 years of experience in business development, account management, or client servicing (agency experience preferred).
- Solid understanding of digital marketing, branding, and content production.

- Detail-oriented, adaptable, and proactive in problem-solving.
- Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
