Job Title: Sales Coordinator (JB)

• Proactively call potential customers to introduce company’s in-house brand GAEA Premium Wood Composites).
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media platforms.
• Extract relevant customer details from inquiries and pass them to the business development team for follow-up.
• Assist customers with post-purchase inquiries, including handling warranty claims and service requests.
• Address and resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining a positivecustomer experience.
• Maintain accurate records and proper documentation of customer interactions, feedback, and service issues.
• To carry out any additional responsibilities assigned by the management from time to time.

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Sales/Marketing or related discipline.
• Possess at least 1-2 years of working experience in the related field, fresh graduate welcome to apply
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Melayu.
• Good in Interpersonal & Communication Skills, Analytic Problem Solving, Result Focused and Continuous Learning.
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday – 8:30 am to 6:00pm
