Job Description:
We are looking for a passionate and creative Marketing Executive to join our growing team. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring marketing campaigns (online and offline) to promote our brand and products (Jamu Ratu Malaya).
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage digital campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok & others
- Assist on creating engaging content: captions, posters, reels, stories, and product videos
- Run and optimize paid ads (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads)
- Handle online & offline promotions
- Monitor and analyze ad performance & social media insights
- Work closely with sales & marketing team to support dealer with marketing materials
- Assist on content shooting with content creator
- Assist in designing marketing materials using tools like Canva, Adobe Pro
- Collaborate with the team to run product promotions and events
- Handle basic photography and videography for product shoots
- Monitor trends, competitors, and market insights
- Suggest ideas to improve engagement, brand awareness & online sales
- Assist in influencer marketing & brand collaborations
- Analyse campaign performance and suggest improvement
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related field
- Experience in business/ digital marketing or social media is an advantage
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Creative, proactive, and able to work independently
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Familiar with social media tools & basic design platforms (e.g. Canva, Adobe Photoshop etc.)
Bonus Skills (Optional but Valuable):
- Experience with Meta Ads, TikTok Ads or Google Ads
- Content creation skills
- Basic video editing using CapCut, VN, or others
