Possess SPM certification or equivalent level.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Training will be provided to familiarize the sales system
Good verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with local customers and the sales team.
Computer literate (MS Excel, MS Office, etc.).
Ability to multitask, prioritize important jobs and work independently.
Language proficiency: English & Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin (will be a plus).
Internal coordination with salesperson and internal sales team.
Managing enquiry status follow-up, ensuring timely items arrival & delivery.
Update quotation status, review and collect customer's feedback before report to responsible salesperson.
Arrange all quotations from the sales dept, e-mails and prepare monthly sales report to management board for sales analysis.
Attend walk-in customer/supplier, answering phone calls, e-mails.
Communicate with customers and suppliers regarding incoming enquiries and ongoing orders.
Company medical insurance and PCB, SOCSO, EPF, EIS are included.
Yearly bonus will be given based on team performance. (full-time staff only)
