Beauty Trainer / Senior Beauty Educator

We are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Beauty Trainer to join our professional education team.
Trainers who want to teach with science, structure, and integrity
This role is ideal for an experienced aesthetician or beauty professional who loves teaching, mentoring, and elevating industry standards.
You will be responsible for training beauty professionals, conducting product and treatment education, and supporting the growth of salons and therapists through structured, science-based learning.
Minimum 3–5 years experience in professional skincare / aesthetic industry- Basics start from 4,000.00 (MYR) - 6,000.00 (MYR) per month depending on experience and skills
- Strong knowledge of skin physiology, treatments, and professional products
- Confident in training, explaining, and presenting
- Good communication skills (English required; Mandarin is an advantage)
- Professional, patient, and passionate about education
- Certified beauty / aesthetic qualification preferred
- Conduct professional skincare & treatment training (theory + practical)
- Deliver product knowledge, ingredient science, and protocol training
- Train beauticians, therapists, and salon teams with clear, structured methods
- Support workshops, in-house training, and certification programs
- Guide trainees on skin analysis, treatment planning, and professional ethics
- Assist in developing training materials and education content when required
- Maintain proper training administration, including organizing training materials, documentation, reports, and course records
- Work with professional-grade skincare & education systems
- Clear career progression into Senior Trainer / Education Manager
