Trainer, Executive

POSITION OVERVIEW

In this role, you will cover product knowledge, service & technical skills, soft skills, and team engagement activities for our service personnel across CUCKOO's nationwide network, playing a meaningful part in upholding our 97% customer satisfaction standard.

1. Module & Content Development: Design and develop training materials in formats such as Canva Module & Content Development: Design and develop training materials in formats such as Canva slides, guidebooks, and manuals — covering product knowledge, service & technical skills, soft skills, and customer service excellence.
2. Training Delivery: Facilitate structured training sessions for service personnel, including Product Training, Technical & Service Skills, and Soft Skills such as customer handling and communication.
3. Team Engagement & Activities: Support and at times lead teambuilding activities, engagement programmes, and motivation sessions to strengthen team culture and morale among CUCKOO's service teams.
4. Field Coaching: Travel to offices and regional branches across Malaysia (approximately 5 days/month, travel claims provided) to deliver on-site coaching and hands-on skills sessions.
5. Digital Content Creation: Script, produce, and edit educational videos that make training content accessible, visual, and easy to apply in the field.
6. SOP Management: Observe field operations, identify training gaps, and regularly update Service and ICS (In-Customer-Site) Standard Operating Procedures to keep them accurate and current.
7. Training Administration: Manage end-to-end training logistics — pre-registration, attendance tracking, post-training evaluations, and monthly reporting.

Academic Education:

• Bachelor's Degree in any field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Language Proficiency:

• Fluent in English and Bahasa Melayu.
• Mandarin is a strong advantage.

Technical Skills:

• Hands-on with Canva for content design and familiar with Microsoft Office.
• Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Adobe, or similar) are a plus..

Personal Qualities:

• Confident public speaker who can simplify complex content for any audience
• Creative and energetic approach to knowledge sharing and facilitation
• A team player who can work independently when needed
• Holds a valid driving license and is open to outstation travel across Malaysia.
