Job Summary:
The Assistant to the Director provides high-level administrative and operational support to the Director to ensure smooth management of day-to-day activities, effective communication, and coordination across departments. This role involves a blend of administrative, organizational, and interpersonal responsibilities.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in an executive assistant or administrative support role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High degree of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and take initiative.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the Director’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments and travel arrangements.
- Act as the point of contact between the Director and internal/external stakeholders.
- Prepare reports, presentations, minutes of meetings, and other confidential documents.
- Assist in monitoring project timelines, deadlines, and deliverables.
- Handle correspondence, emails, and follow-up actions on behalf of the Director.
- Coordinate logistics for internal and external meetings, events, and conferences.
- Conduct basic research and compile briefing materials as required.
- Maintain an organized filing system for important and confidential documents.
- Liaise with various departments to gather updates, prepare summaries, and ensure alignment with the Director’s objectives.
- Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
Pay: From RM3,000.00 per month
