Mechanical Engineer - ACMV | M&E Systems | Project Engineering New

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct feasibility studies and prepare project proposals.
• Develop technical specifications.
• Prepare material take-off and cost estimations.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals.
• Interface with vendors, clients, and consultants.
• Perform detailed engineering tasks.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in engineering/design and specifically in commercial buildings and factory construction for mechanical services, material take-off, and cost estimation.
• Experience in ACMV (Air Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation) systems, Plumbing Systems, Fire Protection Systems, Clean Rooms, Process Utilities Systems, etc.
• Experience in interfacing with clients and vendors.
• Proficiency in detailed engineering, preparing technical specifications, and cost estimation.
• Experience in engineering/design and construction work.
• Self-motivated, patient, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, along with good analytical abilities.
• Computer literate.
• Willing to travel.
