A. Basic qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Process Equipment, Chemical Engineering & Technology, Oil & Gas Storage and Transportation, Water Supply & Drainage Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Energy & Power Engineering, or related fields.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of pipeline engineering design or construction management experience. Experience with clean piping projects in electronics/semiconductor, new energy, or biopharmaceutical industries is preferred.
- Familiar with pipeline codes and standards; basic knowledge of wall thickness calculation, stress analysis, and material selection.
- Proficient in AutoCAD; experience with 3D modeling software (e.g., PDMS, Revit) is a plus.
- Understand construction processes, quality standards, and safety requirements for industrial and process piping.
- Strong work ethic and sense of responsibility; able to work under pressure.
- Good communication, coordination, and teamwork skills; ability to manage multi‑party relationships.
- Willingness to work on long‑term, nationwide project assignments.

- Licensed Registered Constructor (Mechanical & Electrical) preferred.
- Intermediate or higher technical title preferred.
- BIM application ability preferred.
- Design the overall plant layout and pipeline layout schemes, including process piping and water supply/drainage systems.
- Review and optimize pipeline construction drawings, and perform quantity takeoffs.
- Prepare construction plans, technical measures, and special safety construction plans for high‑risk sub‑projects.
- Supervise prefabrication and installation of piping and supports; coordinate punch list items for system handover to meet project schedule.
- Coordinate interface issues with the client, design institute, supervision, and other contractors.
- Provide material requisitions to the procurement department and confirm key technical parameters.
- Resolve technical problems related to pipeline engineering on site.
- Support cost control and quantity statistics; assist with contract and budget management.
- Inspect construction materials, hidden works, and in‑process quality; participate in acceptance checks.
- Compile, summarize, and transfer construction documentation; prepare daily construction logs and records.
