  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience in Accounting and Human Resources, preferably in the construction industry.

  • Organized, disciplined, self-motivated and able to work under minimum supervision.
  • Proficient in Microsoft excel eg. V-LOOK UP, PIVOT TABLE
  • Strong time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good knowledge of the Employment Act.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as an Finance and Human Resources Assistant Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the operations of both the accounts and human resources departments, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and contributing to the overall success of the organization.

Job Description:

Accounting:

  • Prepare, review and monitor project financial performance & cash flow projections.
  • Handle project ledgers and analyze actual results against budgets
  • Monitor and oversee AR operations.
  • Lead and oversee finance department & ensuring smooth operations.
  • Ensure compliance with Company's policy, process and procedures and local regulations

Human Resources:

  • Prepare monthly payroll using payroll system which includes Salary, Overtime, Allowance & Deduction.
  • Manage HR functions including hiring and selection, compensation and benefits, performance appraisal.
  • Plan and implement the Company’s policies, practices, and employees relations.
  • EPF/SOCSO
