Assistant Restaurant Manager
Proven experience in a supervisory or team lead role (e.g., Assistant Manager, Team Leader).
Strong leadership and organizational skills.

High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Hospitality Manager or related field preferred.
The Assistant Manager supports the daily operations of the business, working closely with the Manager to ensure smooth workflow, high customer satisfaction, and efficient staff performance. This role includes supervising employees, managing inventory or resources, enforcing company policies, and handling administrative tasks.Assist in overseeing daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
Support the Manager in setting goals, planning work schedules, and evaluating performance.
Supervise and guide team members, providing training and feedback.
Ensure excellent customer service by resolving issues promptly and professionally.
Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
Maintain compliance with health, safety, and company standards.
Help in preparing and analyzing reports on sales, employee performance, and other key metrics.
Handle administrative tasks such as staff scheduling, payroll input, and record-keeping.
Step in for the Manager during their absence.
