- Supervise, motivate, and guide retail associates to deliver excellent customer service and achieve store goals. Conduct regular briefings, assign tasks, and monitor daily performance.
- Provide outstanding service by assisting customers in locating products, addressing inquiries, and resolving complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Ensure the sales floor is consistently well-organized, fully stocked, and visually appealing according to company merchandising standards.
- Receive, process, and organize incoming shipments. Oversee stock replenishment and perform regular inventory checks to minimize discrepancies.
- Handle customer transactions using the POS system, ensuring accuracy in payment processing and adherence to cash handling procedures.
- Inform customers about ongoing promotions and product features to drive sales and enhance the shopping experience.
- Ensure team adherence to company policies, SOPs, and safety guidelines, including proper handling of store security and hygiene protocols.
- Oversee end-of-day cleaning routines, including sweeping, mopping, and cleaning fixtures, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment.
- Provide constructive feedback and support team development through coaching and performance evaluations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues swiftly to maintain service standards and store productivity.
