Technical Support Team Lead

Job Requirements:

• • Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering or any related field.
• • Minimum 3 years of team lead working experiences in PCB related field eg: Process Engineer/ Research & Development, Project Management, New Product Introduction.
• • Added advantage: Familiar with PCB’s material processes (CCL, PP, Fiber Glass, etc).
• • Excellent stakeholder management skills, able to collaborate effectively with internal teams, suppliers, and customers.
• • Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
• • Good verbal communication skills

Job Responsibilities:

• Familiar with PCB processes and capable of proposing solutions to common issues.
• Able to independently analyse the causes of quality issues and compile technical reports.
• Promote company products and assist customers in establishing process parameters.
• Provide technical support at customer sites.
• Analyse quality issues and determine responsibility while proposing improvement plans.
• Assist with departmental management tasks.
• Must be able to travel either oversea or within Malaysia upon requested
