  • Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales executives to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for Chery and Jaecoo vehicles.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns to drive showroom traffic and increase vehicle sales.
  • Monitor team performance, analyze sales data, and provide regular feedback and training to enhance individual and team productivity.
  • Manage customer relationships, resolve escalated issues, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
  • Oversee inventory management and vehicle display to ensure optimal presentation and availability of models.
