Job Overview
We are looking for friendly and energetic individuals to join our team as Barista. This role is ideal for those who enjoy interacting with customers and have a passion for delivering high-quality beverages in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages according to standards
- Take and process customer orders accurately
- Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming experience
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, equipment, and dining areas
- Operate POS system and handle payments responsibly
- Assist in daily opening and closing operations
- Adhere to SOPs, food hygiene and safety regulations
- Support smooth bar operations during service
