We’re a medium sized café with steady traffic and a close-knit team. Here, you won’t just follow routines you’ll help shape how the café runs day to day.
  1. Barista

You’ll be the heart of the café - crafting espresso and non-coffee drinks, chatting with customers and keeping the place running smoothly. You’ll also help with stock checks, cleanliness and small marketing tasks like setting up promos or social posts.

Your Responsibility :

  • Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages consistently.
  • Deliver warm, attentive service and build genuine connections with customers.
  • Handle POS transactions, simple daily reports and cash balancing.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization across the bar and seating area.
  • Check and restock supplies and notify the supervisor when inventory runs low.
  • Suggest creative ideas to attract customers or improve visibility.
  • Monitor product quality and presentation, including how drinks and pastries are displayed.
  • Assist with opening and closing tasks like prep, cleaning and stock checks.
  • Uphold hygiene and food safety standards at all times.

Requirements :

  • 1+ year barista experience preferred (training provided for fast learners).
  • Confident with espresso machines and coffee recipes.
  • Friendly, reliable and comfortable engaging with customers.
  • Interest in marketing, content creation, or café promotions is a plus.
  • Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
  1. Café Supervisor

As Cafe Supervisor, you’ll lead a small team and take charge of operations from scheduling and inventory to sales and service. You’ll manage the branch like it’s your own café.

Responsibilities :

  • Oversee daily café operations and maintain service, quality, and cleanliness standards.
  • Lead and support the team - plan schedules, track attendance, and coach staff performance.
  • Handle cash flow, sales reports, and basic cost control.
  • Manage inventory and place supply orders on time.
  • Prepare coffee and beverages consistently to standard.
  • Ensure food safety and regulatory compliance.
  • Run simple local marketing and social media campaigns to boost sales.
  • Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly.
  • Train and motivate new staff to maintain a positive team culture.
  • Work closely with management to achieve performance goals.

Requirements :

  • 2+ years in F&B with at least 1 year in a supervisory or lead role.
  • Strong communication, organization and leadership skills.
  • Familiar with stock control, basic reporting and POS systems.
  • Hands-on approach - willing to make coffee and serve customers too.
  • Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Training provided if you’re close but not fully experienced.
