Minimum 2–3 years of barista experience
- Passionate about coffee with strong attention to quality
- Good customer service and communication skills
- Friendly, responsible, and a team player
- Prepare and serve coffee and beverages according to café standards
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other equipment properly
- Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and quality
- Provide excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the workspace
