We've recently started an events arm - By The Billions - where we focus on experiential marketing and campaigns for our clients. Our speciality is running communitry driven automotive and outdoor adventure events to create high impact lifestyle experiences.

Role Summary

This is a critical leadership role where you will:

  • Build and lead our BD/Team from scratch
  • Develop our go-to-market strategy
  • Close high-value clients, and
  • Produce proposals and pitch it to potential clients
Key Responsibilities
  • Sales & Client Acquisition
  • Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities across key verticals (automotive, insurance, FMCG, etc.)
  • Plan and strategize methods to approach potential clients and build relationship for long term deals
  • Build and manage the full sales pipeline—from lead generation to proposal to deal closing
  • Work closely with the Creative and Operations team, to develop personalized pitch decks and value-driven proposals
  • Represent the agency in client meetings, pitches, industry events
  • Building and Leading the BD team
  • Hire, train, and lead a team of sales execs and BDMs over time
  • Coach team members on sales tactics, negotiation, and closing
  • Set and track KPIs, commissions, and performance metrics
  • Foster a performance-driven, goal-oriented team culture

✅ Must-Have Experience
  • Above 4 years in business development, sales, or client acquisition (agency or B2B services preferred)
  • Proven track record of hitting sales targets and closing 6-figure deals
  • Experience building or managing sales pipelines and teams
  • Strong commercial instinct and understanding of the creative/marketing services landscape
