Internship Business Development Analyst - Petaling Jaya

This Business Development / Marketing & Communications Intern role involves developing and executing compelling campaigns to engage businesses, all while aligning with our brand's strategic objectives. This is a key role in shaping and executing our content strategy while gaining exposure to growth marketing initiatives across acquisition, engagement, and partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Campaign Development & Marketing: Assist in conceptualizing, developing, and executing creative marketing campaigns targeted at businesses, ensuring all content is consistent with our brand’s strategic objectives and capabilities.
• Client Engagement & Events: Create opportunities for meaningful interactions with clients and prospective clients through various events, strengthening relationships and generating new business opportunities.
• Performance Analysis: Gather insights and related data to help prioritize initiatives and improve future execution, contributing to data-driven marketing decisions.
• Market & Trend Monitoring: Research and evaluate competitor marketing and digital content. Monitor all social media platforms for trending news, ideas, and feedback.
• Education: Must possess or currently be pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Public Relations, Advertising, Media Studies, Economics, or a related field.
• English Proficiency: Excellent written and verbal English communication skills are essential, with a proven ability to craft compelling marketing messages.
• Interpersonal & Communication Skills: Enjoys engaging with people and possesses strong verbal communication skills, beneficial for client interactions and collaborative projects.
• Creativity & Strategic Thinking: Strong ability to brainstorm innovative campaign ideas and think strategically about how to reach target business audiences.
• Work Ethic & Collaboration: Strong collaboration skills, including proactive idea sharing and receptiveness to feedback, are also crucial.
• Commitment: Able to commit for at least three (3) to six (6) months.
