  • Conduct regular market analysis to identify emerging opportunities, competitive threats, and evolving trends within the healthcare sector, adjusting strategies as needed.
  • Provide comprehensive reports on account activities, sales performance metrics, and market developments to senior management for informed decision-making.
  • Support tender processes by ensuring products are included in relevant submissions and by providing necessary documentation or technical support as required.
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, regulatory affairs, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless execution of business plans across multiple departments.
  • Travel across Malaysia (approximately 30% of the time) to engage with clients, attend meetings, deliver presentations, and strengthen partnerships throughout the region.
