As a Business Development Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and expansion of our business through strategic planning, market analysis, and fostering strong client relationships.

Job Responsibilities- Monitor and evaluate industry trends and customer needs, and collaborate with management and stakeholders to shape business strategies.
- Manage the proposal response process, including RFP requirements, content development, and coordination of inputs from various teams.
- Generate new leads, identify key decision-makers, and develop strong business opportunities aligned with company strategies.
- Plan and execute outbound sales and business development strategies, including processes, structure, and best practices.
- Support deal structuring and pricing through business value analysis, and lead negotiations for proposals and bids.
- Build and maintain strong industry knowledge through continuous learning, networking, events, and presentations.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Sales, Marketing, or a related field, with a strong “hunter” mindset in driving new business.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, IT, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience in IT software solution sales is an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of sales and consultative selling techniques.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
- Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced and uncertain environment.
- Proven track record in B2B sales and successful negotiations.
- Strong IT literacy and ability to engage with technical stakeholders.
