Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant HR experience (experience in professional firms is an advantage)
  • Hands-on experience in payroll processing is a MUST
  • Familiar with Malaysian employment laws and statutory requirements
  • Strong sense of responsibility, detail-oriented and able to handle confidential information
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple portfolios
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interview coordination)
  • Oversee employee onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Maintain and update HR policies, procedures and employee records
  • Handle employee relations and day-to-day HR matters
  • Support management in building a structured and positive working culture
  • Process monthly payroll for both internal staff and external clients
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance with statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, PCB, etc.)
  • Liaise with clients on payroll matters and provide timely support
  • Handle HR-related documentation and reporting for clients
  • Liaise with internal departments and outsourced clients on HR, payroll, and employee
administration matters
