Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of relevant HR experience (experience in professional firms is an advantage)
- Hands-on experience in payroll processing is a MUST
- Familiar with Malaysian employment laws and statutory requirements
- Strong sense of responsibility, detail-oriented and able to handle confidential information
- Able to work independently and manage multiple portfolios
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interview coordination)
- Oversee employee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Maintain and update HR policies, procedures and employee records
- Handle employee relations and day-to-day HR matters
- Support management in building a structured and positive working culture
- Process monthly payroll for both internal staff and external clients
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, PCB, etc.)
- Liaise with clients on payroll matters and provide timely support
- Handle HR-related documentation and reporting for clients
- Liaise with internal departments and outsourced clients on HR, payroll, and employee
