Job Description:
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team! In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support via phone, email, and chat. You’ll resolve inquiries, process orders, and ensure a seamless customer experience while upholding our company’s values.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to orders, accounts, or services.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Logistics, Tech) to escalate complex cases.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
