- Building Enduring Partnerships: Cultivating and nurturing robust relationships with key clients, contractors, consultants, and industry stakeholders, transforming connections into long-term collaborations.

- Bachelor degree holder in civil engineering/ construction or similar qualification
- Possess over 7 years of business development, client management, or relationship-building with a background in construction or infrastructure.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to deliver impactful presentations and articulate complex information clearly and persuasively
- Strategic mindset with strong business and market awareness.
