E-commerce Warehouse Supervisor

Assist in daily warehouse operations
- Maintain accurate inventory records through data entry and regular stock checks.
- Process and fulfill e-commerce orders efficiently and accurately, ensuring timely delivery.
- Coordinate with logistics providers for smooth and cost-effective transportation of goods.
- Implement and maintain warehouse safety procedures and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Monitor and optimize warehouse layout and space utilization to improve efficiency.
- Communicate effectively in both Mandarin and English with internal teams and external partners.
- Proficiency in Chinese is an added advantage
- Oversee and manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping of goods, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
- Implement and maintain efficient warehouse layout and storage strategies to optimize space utilization and accessibility of inventory.
- Manage inventory control processes, including regular stock counts, reconciliation, and investigation of discrepancies, to maintain accurate inventory levels.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to schedule inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely delivery and minimizing transportation costs.
- Utilize warehouse management systems to track inventory, manage orders, and generate reports on warehouse performance metrics.
- Supervise and train warehouse staff, providing guidance on standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety protocols, and performance expectations.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies within the warehouse environment, promoting a safe and secure working environment.
- Analyze warehouse operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.
- Manage order fulfillment processes for e-commerce platforms (TikTok, Shopee, Lazada), ensuring timely and accurate order processing and shipment.
- Perform data entry tasks related to inventory management, order processing, and shipping and receiving activities.
