Warehouse Supervisor

• Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics or warehouse operations within a manufacturing environment
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems and familiarity with ISO standards
• Good understanding of inventory control and material handling processes
• Willingness to work extended hours or weekends when required
• Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills with a proactive and results-driven mindset

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics Executive to support our daily warehouse and logistics operations within a high-precision manufacturing environment. This role plays a critical part in ensuring accurate, timely, and efficient handling of incoming and outgoing materials to support production and customer delivery.

Location: Tonasco Precision Machining Smart Factory, Bukit Jelutong

• Manage daily receiving and unloading of incoming goods in a timely and organized manner, using appropriate equipment such as forklifts
• Inspect incoming materials for damages, discrepancies, or defects, and accurately record goods in the ERP system
• Verify shipments against purchase orders and delivery notes, ensuring accuracy in quantities and specifications
• Prepare and maintain proper documentation, including labelling, packing lists, and inventory records
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and warehouse handling standards
• Support outbound logistics activities, including picking, packing, wrapping, and shipment coordination
• Work closely with supply chain, production, and quality teams to ensure smooth material flow and on-time delivery
