High school diploma or equivalent (SPM/'O' Level) is required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Proficiency in inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and tracking goods.
- Experience with order fulfillment processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in picking and packing.
- Familiarity with warehouse operations, including the use of warehouse equipment and adherence to safety protocols.
- Ability to perform shipping and receiving duties accurately and in a timely manner.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to maintain stock control and prevent discrepancies.
- Effective communication skills in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia to liaise with team members and potentially international clients/suppliers.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced warehouse setting.
- Physical stamina to handle the demands of warehouse work, including lifting and moving items as needed.
- Assist in the efficient receiving, unloading, and inspection of incoming goods, ensuring accuracy against purchase orders and delivery notes.
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment, ensuring all items are correctly identified, counted, and securely packaged.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment within the warehouse, adhering to all company safety policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and cycle counts to ensure stock accuracy and identify any discrepancies, reporting findings to the supervisor.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified) to move and store inventory safely and efficiently.
- Support the shipping and receiving team by loading and unloading trucks, verifying shipment contents, and completing necessary documentation.
- Assist in managing stock rotation (FIFO/LIFO) and ensure proper storage of goods to prevent damage or spoilage.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of warehouse operations by performing various tasks as assigned by the warehouse supervisor.
