What we are looking for?

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Finance, or related field.
• 1–5 years of experience in post-contract administration or commercial support role.
• Familiar with contract types (e.g., JKR, PAM, FIDIC) is an advantage.Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Good communication and negotiation abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and commercial software (e.g., CostX, Cubit, or SAP).
• Assist in managing post-contract activities including variations, claims, and payment processes.
• Monitor and track project costs to ensure alignment with the approved budget.
• Support in the preparation of monthly cost reports, valuations, and commercial updates.
• Collaborate with project managers, clients, and suppliers on contractual matters.
• Maintain accurate records of contract changes, instructions, and correspondence.
• Assist in identifying potential commercial risks and propose mitigation strategies.
• Support with final account preparation and project close-out activities.
