Junior Account Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant to join our finance team. This role is perfect for someone who has a solid understanding of accounting principles, is eager to learn, and wants to grow within a dynamic and supportive environment.

• Assist with the preparation of financial statements and reports.
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate financial records.
• Process accounts payable and receivable transactions.
• Reconcile bank statements and monitor company expenditures.
• Handle staff expense claims, ensuring proper documentation and compliance with company policies.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures.
• Support the finance team in audits and compliance-related matters.
• Maintain accounting documents and records, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
• Assist in preparing tax filings and statutory reporting.
• Perform other ad-hoc accounting duties as assigned.
• Experience in using Quickbook and handling agency accounts will be added advantage.
• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
• Basic knowledge of accounting and financial reporting principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
