Job Summary

The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for expanding our B2B partner network within their assigned territory, driving sales (GMV) and ensuring agents comply with pricing and partnership policies. The role focuses on acquiring new partners, building strong relationships with existing agents, and achieving regional sales quotas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner Acquisition & Growth
  • Identify, pitch, and onboard travel agency partners in assigned region.
  • Achieve monthly GMV targets through effective partner engagement and product push.
  • Manage tiered partner programs (Silver/Gold/Platinum), ensuring agents hit performance thresholds.
  • Account Management
  • Maintain close relationships with key accounts, providing pricing, product updates, and promotions.
  • Support agents with product training, marketing materials, and sales tools.
  • Ensure agents adhere to Travelog B2B’s MAP (Minimum Advertised Price) and contract terms.
  • Market Intelligence
  • Track competitor activities, pricing, and promotions in the region.
  • Provide feedback to Product and Marketing teams to tailor offerings for local demand.
  • Monitor regional demand patterns (festive seasons, school holidays, etc.).
  • Operations & Credit Control
  • Coordinate with Finance team on agent payment terms, deposits, and overdue monitoring.
  • Support Head of B2B in implementing rebate schemes and MDF programs.
Ensure regional sales pipeline is updated and accurate in CRM/Portal.
  • Representation
  • Represent Travelog B2B at local roadshows, trade fairs, and networking events.
  • Conduct monthly partner roadshows and training sessions.
  • Diploma/Degree in Business, Tourism, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Minimum 3–5 years sales experience, preferably in travel/tourism, distribution, or FMCG.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and networking skills.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region.
  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin
