We are a Financial Industry Company involved in Insurance services and Savings, and we are currently looking for a responsible and dedicated and detail-oriented Admin Executive to join our team.
- Malaysian Citizen (Malay candidates are encouraged to apply)
- Language: English, Malay, Chinese
- Minimum SPM or Diploma above
- Candidates with admin working experience will have an advantage, fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to follow up work independently
- Able to solve problems independently and take initiative
- Excellent knowledge of computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, WhatsApp, Email, etc..)
- Willing to work well with others and support team tasks
- Full comprehension of office management systems and procedures
- Good team spirit and willing to works with teams
- Handle all paperwork, form-filling, and documentation properly
- Computer skills – using appropriate computer skills and knowledge, ranging from data entry to systems analysis, to achieve work goals.
- Responsible, fill in and submit forms accurately within deadlines
- Able to deal and follow up with the customers
- Team Skills – being able to work collaboratively with others in a participative management environment; working independently as well as working on a team.
- Maintain filing and records in an organized manner
- Produce reports, presentations and briefs slide
- Flexible Working Hours: Monday to Friday [9am – 6pm], excluded Weekend or Public Holiday
- Open to candidates age 20 - 30
- Office located at Cheras, walking distance to Mrt Station
- Training will be provided

- 3-month probation with potential salary adjustment after confirmation (based on performance)
