Job Overview
The Marketing Executive plays a critical role in planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing initiatives to support lead generation, audience engagement, and business growth. This role bridges creative content development and data-driven performance analysis to support Mindful Solutions’ multi-brand marketing needs across the digital learning ecosystem.
Qualifications & Requirements
Required:
- Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
- 1–3 years of digital marketing experience, either in-house or at an agency.
- Proficient in platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Analytics (GA4).
- Strong understanding of SEO/SEM principles, UTM tracking, and lead performance metrics.
- Experience using marketing automation platforms like Zoho Campaigns or similar.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
Preferred:
- Experience in B2B/B2C campaigns within the eLearning or EdTech industry.
- Exposure to marketing for events such as webinars, workshops, and masterclasses.
- Familiarity with tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or video editing software.
- Portfolio or samples of past marketing campaigns, content, or reports.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment.
- Interpreting metrics like CTR, CPL, CVR, and drawing actionable insights
- Understanding and navigating the B2B funnel (MQL, SQL, pipeline)
- Connecting marketing efforts to business outcomes (CAC, LTV)
- Using UTM and attribution data to pinpoint lead sources
- Communicating performance results through clear, data-backed reporting
- Ability to build dashboards or visual reports (e.g., Google Looker Studio, Zoho Analytics)
- Familiarity with AI-powered marketing tools
- Experience managing marketing across multiple brands or verticals
- Hands-on experience with content creation tools (Canva, CapCut, Adobe, etc.)
- Plan and execute B2B digital marketing campaigns for LearnTech programs, targeting corporate clients, HR professionals, and L&D decision-makers via email, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
- Develop and manage marketing assets such as brochures, landing pages, and sales enablement materials to position LearnTech offerings as strategic digital learning solutions.
- Monitor, optimize, and report on paid media campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager) to increase campaign ROI and lead quality for learning tech and SaaS products.
- Manage marketing automation workflows in Zoho (or similar), ensuring segmentation, lead scoring, and nurturing flows are optimised for the B2B sales funnel.
- Support virtual and in-person events and webinars, including pre-event communications, content rollout, audience engagement, post-event surveys, and follow-up coordination with the sales team.
- Collaborate closely with product and sales teams to align marketing messages with campaign goals, brand positioning, and unique value propositions across platforms.
- SEO & SEM Execution: Solid understanding of keyword research, on-page SEO, and search engine marketing tools (Google Ads, Search Console) to boost visibility and traffic.
- Campaign Performance Analysis: Skilled in interpreting marketing data (CTR, CPL, CVR) from tools like Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and GA4 to improve campaign performance and lead quality.
- Cross-Channel Content Creation: Ability to craft compelling content for different touchpoints—emails, landing pages, paid ads, and event communications—aligned with the B2B buyer journey.
- Marketing Automation & Lead Nurturing: Experience using platforms such as Zoho Campaigns to create lead generation flows and nurturing sequences that support conversion from MQL to SQL.
- Event Marketing Coordination: Proven capability in managing end-to-end marketing for webinars, masterclasses, and in-person events, including promotion, registration, and post-event reporting.
