1. Minimum Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Computer Science/Information.
2. Excellent interpersonal and communication skill.
3. At least 1–2 years of relevant working experience in IT support. Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
4. Knowledge and experience in basic IT hardware, software & Firewall troubleshooting.
5. Familiar with troubleshooting networking issues, LAN, internet, and TCP/IP.
6. Possess own transportation and willing to travel as needed.

1. Provide first-line technical support to customers via phone, email, or in-person. Proficiency in equipment/software installation & troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
2. Record and track support cases using the company’s helpdesk system.
3. Perform software updates, patches, and upgrades as necessary.
4. Monitor system performance and perform preventive maintenance tasks to ensure optimal system performance.
5. Provide after-hours support as required. Be available for on-call standby during critical periods or emergencies.
6. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues on-site and remotely. Escalate unresolved issues to senior technical staff & Principal vendors
