Group Communications Executive - Ampang Jaya

Assist Manager – Group Communications in implementing Leader Energy Group's branding and communication initiatives for internal and external stakeholders and support to manage promotional events.

• Stakeholder Engagement, Analysis and Plans:
• Assist in coordination of communication plans for Group and individual business segments.
• Assist in updating company logos, company collaterals with logo and standard presentation templates.
• Assist in coordinating and compiling the development and review of Group Annual Planned Events as per Communication Plans

Exhibitions/Roadshows/Launch Events:

• Assist in event management for marketing exhibitions, roadshows, or product/services launch events

Company Advertisements:

• Assist in coordinating the development of advertisements for products/services on various media.

Websites, e-Brochures, Company profiles and social media platforms:

• Assist in producing materials for website
• Assist in developing marketing e-Brochures for Business segments

• Assist to update information in company Linkedin and other social media platforms

• Assist to monitor market sentiments, corporate website and social media pages and address enquiries.

Communications

• Assist to develop communications for internal and external stakeholders

Multimedia Packages:

• Assist to develop or coordinate the development of multimedia content packages with Graphic Designers and related PR or Branding agencies.

Press Conference, Speeches and Media Statements:

• Assist in coordinating media interviews and press conferences

Photography and Corporate Videos:

• Assist to coordinate and direct company photoshoot sessions

Corporate Reports:

• Assist in the coordination of the design of external corporate reports (Annual Reports & Sustainability Reports) with external graphic designer.

Sentiment Analysis:

• Analyse social media sentiments that could impact the Group and develop mitigation strategies (if needed).
• Conduct brand awareness surveys to gauge the effectiveness of marketing communications and develop action plans to address any gaps.

• Stay current about renewable energy industry in order to maintains current working knowledge of the business.
• Work in flexible, fast-paced, dynamic, and entrepreneurial environments.
• Collaboration and standardising brand identity with business entity and Group functions across different countries.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Journalism, Advertising, Communications, or related field
• Entry level or less than 1 year of related experience.
• Strong organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good creative designing skills is an added advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills that may include public speaking and presentations.
