Purchasing
  • Source, compare, and negotiate with suppliers on pricing, quality, and delivery terms
  • Issue Purchase Orders (PO) and follow up on delivery status
  • Maintain good relationships with suppliers and vendors
  • Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment
  • Handle supplier invoices and coordinate with finance for payment
  • Ensure all purchases comply with company policies and procedures
Administration
  • Handle daily administrative tasks and office operations
  • Maintain proper filing and documentation (physical & digital)
  • Coordinate with internal departments for operational support
  • Manage office supplies and ensure smooth office operations
  • Assist in preparing reports, documents, and correspondence
  • Support HR or management in ad-hoc administrative duties
