Operations & Warehouse Executive

About the Role] We are looking for a physically fit and organized individual to manage our e-commerce operations and warehouse. This role involves both administrative inventory tracking and hands-on warehouse tasks, including stock replenishment.

• Order Fulfillment: Process daily orders from Shopee, Lazada, and other platforms; ensure accurate packaging and dispatch.
• Warehouse Management: Organize stock efficiently and maintain a clean warehouse environment.
• Inventory Tracking: Update stock levels daily in the Google Sheet/ERP system with 100% accuracy.
• Inbound & Outbound: Manage stock arrival, including unloading and manually moving heavy boxes/shipments to designated areas.
• Stock Count: Conduct regular physical stock counts to ensure system data matches physical inventory.

• Physical Fitness: Ability to lift and move heavy boxes (up to 20-25kg) during stock arrival.
• Strong attention to detail for inventory record-keeping.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets/MS Excel.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Proactive attitude and ability to work independently.
