  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve sales targets and operational excellence.
  • In-depth knowledge of inventory management principles and best practices, including demand forecasting, stock control, and supply chain optimization.
  • Proficient in utilizing retail analytics tools and techniques to analyze sales data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience in visual merchandising and store layout design to enhance the customer shopping experience and drive sales.
  • Solid understanding of merchandise planning and allocation strategies to ensure optimal product availability and assortment.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills to effectively manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Oversee and manage all aspects of retail store operations, ensuring smooth and efficient day-to-day activities in alignment with company standards and objectives.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies and procedures to optimize store performance, enhance customer experience, and maximize profitability.
  • Lead, mentor, and train store teams, fostering a positive and productive work environment while ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Manage inventory levels, implement effective inventory control measures, and coordinate merchandise planning to meet customer demand and minimize stockouts or overstock situations.
  • Analyze retail data and generate reports on key performance indicators (KPIs), identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement to drive sales and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure visual merchandising standards are consistently maintained across all stores, creating visually appealing displays that attract customers and promote sales.
  • Maintain compliance with all relevant regulations, safety standards, and company policies, ensuring a safe and secure environment for both employees and customers.
