Florist Assistant Cum Retail Services

• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to interact with customers positively.

• Proficiency in operating POS systems and handling WhatsApp/communication tools.
• Ability to work physically, including flower handling, arrangement preparation, and assisting with event setups.
• A proactive and flexible attitude, willing to assist wherever needed, particularly during peak retail hours or busy seasons.
• Ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace, with attention to detail.

The position is ideal for someone with a passion for floristry, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks across departments.

• Flower Preparation: Assist with cutting, cleaning, hydrating, and conditioning flowers to ensure quality and longevity.
• Workspace Maintenance: Help maintain cleanliness and order in the workspace, including floral storage and arrangement tools.
• Customer Service: Provide assistance to walk-in customers during retail hours, offering bouquet selection guidance, and managing POS transactions.
• Retail Support: Assist with retail displays, decorations, and product presentation, ensuring an appealing and organized environment for customers.
• Event & Setup Support: Assist with floral setups for events and special arrangements, ensuring that designs meet company standards.
• Delivery Coordination: Coordinate deliveries through Lalamove and in-house runners, ensuring accurate and timely dispatch.
• Delivery Quality Checks: Take photos for quality check and update the delivery WhatsApp group with delivery status and confirmations.
• Stock & Inventory Management: Assist with routine stock checks, floral supply inventory, and ensure that stock levels are accurately reported to supervisors.
• General Assistance: Provide additional support to the retail team during busy periods, such as holidays or special promotions.
• Tools & Equipment Maintenance: Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of tools, containers, and other equipment used in floral arrangements and retail activities.
