- Minimum 6-month experience as full-time florist (for florist position) or minimum 1-year experience (for senior florist position).
- Ability to speak and write English and Bahasa Malaysia. Additional language is preferred.
- Understand & able to use proper method (i.e. spiral technique) for hand bouquet arrangement.
- Able to create and design flower arrangements such as hand bouquets, flower stands and flower boxes.
- Able to work under stress & tight timeline.
- Proactive attitude in completing tasks, finding new ways to resolve issues, and supporting team members across all business functions.
- Able to work overtime during peak periods.
- Able to commute to and work in Petaling Jaya Ara Damansara.
- Arrange fresh flower products including:
- Hand bouquet
- Flower Box
- Flower stand
- Design & create new flower products
- EPF & SOCSO
- Annual Leave
- Medical Leave
- Annual Bonus
- Quarterly Performance Incentive
- Overtime
- 5 working days per week (8am to 5pm) with total 8 rest days a month
