IT Support - Ampang Jaya

Qualifications & Experience:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree with major course work in Computer Science, information systems, or related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Skills/ Abilities:

• Basic knowledge of operating systems (Windows 7, 10 and 11), printers and networking.
• Passion for technology and knowledge of technical systems.
• Ability to prioritise and work under pressure.
• Ability to work efficiently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Ability to quickly and aggressively adapt to changing needs and priorities.
• Standard interpersonal and communication skills.
• Provide IT-related support, including handling user software and hardware failures.
• Ensure hardware and software meet company guidelines.
• Assists IT Manager with IT projects.
• Troubleshooting and researching IT hardware, desktop and laptop issues.
• User account creation and management for Active Directory, ERP systems and internal systems (EIS, ETR, CRM).
• Perform backup system maintenance and monitoring to ensure backups are running.
• Provide employees with technology support, which includes troubleshooting operating systems, applications, printers and network issues and the installation of software.
• Assist in functional testing of new software, systems or applications.
• Ensure all handover of IT hardware is properly documented.
• Talk to employees through a series of actions such as phone, email, or chat until understand the technical issues they are facing.
• Priorities and manage several open issues at one time.
