Indoor Sales Support Executive (Based In Office)

Provide administrative and sales support to the sales team, including preparing sales proposals, presentations, and quotations.
- Manage and maintain the customer database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information for sales activities.
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone and email, providing prompt and professional responses and escalating complex issues to the relevant sales personnel.
- Process sales orders accurately and efficiently, coordinating with the logistics and finance departments to ensure timely delivery and payment.
- Assist in the preparation of sales reports and performance analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of ETAC Marketing's product portfolio, including inkjet digital printing materials, machineries, and accessories, to effectively answer customer queries and provide product recommendations.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and technical support, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products to existing customers based on their needs and purchase history.
- Maintain a professional and organized workspace, adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Contribute to a positive team environment by actively participating in team meetings and sharing knowledge and best practices.
- Provide comprehensive administrative and sales support to the external sales team, ensuring smooth daily operations and efficient client interactions.
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, from initial receipt through to fulfillment, coordinating with relevant departments to ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain and update customer records, sales databases, and CRM systems with a high degree of accuracy, ensuring all data is current and accessible.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing product information, addressing concerns, and escalating issues as needed to resolve problems effectively.
- Assist in the preparation of sales proposals, quotations, and presentations, ensuring all materials are professional, accurate, and tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, contributing to overall sales targets and revenue growth.
- Support marketing initiatives by assisting with the coordination of promotional activities, trade shows, and customer events.
