- Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Assist in preparing quotations, invoices, performing data entry, and managing sales-related documents.
- Manage incoming calls, sales enquiry and email correspondence.
- Handle warehouse stock-take and machine checking update.
- Liaise with technician department machine and consumable confirmation.
- Follow up with customers on orders, payments, and enquiries.
- Manage all clients database contract agreement and report to management.
- Handle filing and documentation properly.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
