Known for their professionalism and organized project management, this developer is looking for a meticulous Sales Support & Coordinator to ensure the seamless execution of their sales and marketing operations.

• Manage and verify all sales booking forms, ensuring all required documents are collected and accurately recorded.
• Provide administrative backup to the Sales Managers, including preparing price lists, sales kits, and weekly performance reports.
• Ensure the sales gallery is well-stocked with marketing collateral (brochures, forms) and ready for walk-in prospects.
• Proactively follow up with agents on pending bookings, missing documents, and buyer status to move cases forward.
• Prepare weekly sales reports and lead conversion summaries for the Sales Manager.

• Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Marketing, or a relevant field.
• 2–3 years in sales administration or sales support, specifically within the property development or real estate sector.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to professionally manage and follow up with external sales agents and legal partners.
