Minimum Diploma qualification in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or related field
- Able to communicate in English and/or Bahasa Malaysia
- Familiar with Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, Canva, and basic office tools
- Prior experience in retail, e-commerce, operations, administration, or customer service is an advantage
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced SME environment
- Responsible, proactive, and willing to learn
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision while being a good team player
- Comfortable handling both operational and administrative responsibilities
- Handle daily retail and e-commerce operations including packing, order fulfillment, stock handling, and quality checking
- Prepare products for retail stores, events, customer deliveries, and corporate orders
- Maintain organized inventory, packing materials, and operational workspace
- Support corporate sales outreach, cold emailing, quotations, invoicing, and customer follow-ups
- Coordinate customer orders, delivery arrangements, and administrative documentation
- Assist with data entry, reporting, and operational coordination
- Support TikTok Live sessions and livestream operations when required
- Assist during events, pop-ups, campaigns, and peak operational periods
- Support ad-hoc business operations and coordination tasks assigned by the team
